Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns, whether opened or unopened.
The delivery service is contracted to a third party, therefore no exchanges, returns or fractioning of the order is allowed.
The delivery person has no authorization to make any changes on the invoice amount or return any items to the shop.
If you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 1 hour from placing the order without any charges being applied. Just send an email with the reference number of your order.
If you want to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, we will reimburse your order except for perishable items, logistics, and admin fees apply .
What if I am not happy with the items received?
Depending on the reason we will either replace or refund the products:
· We sent you the wrong product – We will be happy to replace or refund the wrong products.
· The product is damaged – We are happy to replace or refund the products at our expense.
· The product has been damaged during shipping or tampered with – We will be happy to replace the products at our expense or refund them, provided that you
immediately inspect the shipment upon delivery and notify the delivery person of the issue right away.
We will process refunds through the 'Original mode of payment'. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
